About Us

We are a small family-owned bakery based in Indianapolis that specializes in macarons. From our recipes to our mascot, everything about Mr. Bonbon is a representation of our family and our values. We choose to bake special flavors each month that reflect the season and the holidays of the month. On top of that, we bake some of our favorite recipes all year long so you can enjoy them whenever you want.

We are a mixed American-Filipino family, and we invented many of our unique recipes from scratch so we can share a diverse and international selection of flavors with you that no other bakery offers. We love attending festivals and fairs where we can meet with our customers, and we love connecting with our customers face-to-face.

    I have always loved baking. After many family reunions where I didn’t get to take any leftovers home, I decided it was time to share my love of baking with the world. My vision for what a macaron is supposed to be is deeply inspired by my visit to Paris where I got to try some of the best macarons in the world, straight from the source. I learned what is considered the ‘best in the world’ and it is my goal to share that experience with our customers in the United States. I focus on creating new flavors that many have never gotten to experience before and ensure that all of our macarons are good enough to soon be called ‘best in the world’ as well.

    Growing up as a child surrounded by business-minded family, I had always dreamed of owning my own business. In my early 20’s, I started several business in the Philippines and grew more passionate about working and interacting with people. Getting feedback from customers encouraged me to learn and grow as an individual to improve my performance, build more confidence and trust in myself, and focus highly on customer satisfaction.

    As a Co-Owner alongside my husband, my main goal is to ensure that the company’s products and services are available to customers and that services are delivered promptly and efficiently.
