Returns

Mr. Bonbon macarons are perishable and we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

Refunds

All orders are final and non-refundable. Although we use protective packaging for shipping, we can’t control the handling or environment of the product once it has been delivered to the courier. Mr. Bonbon is not liable for the condition of the product upon arrival or thereafter, and all sales are final. Mr. Bonbon will not compensate customers for damaged products including smashed or melted macarons.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will only issue a full refund if your order has not yet been processed and shipped from our bakery.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped primarily on the weekends, so if you need to coordinate a specific delivery date, please contact us directly so we can provide you with optimal customer service.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Mr. Bonbon is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
